The Las Sendas Pavilion willl be hosting our annual Gala night and spectacular Auction. Attendees will celebrate a night of socializing, drinks throughout the night, gourmet appetizers, gourmet food, desserts and lot's of entertainment. Most important attendees will be bidding on all the incredible auction items. Happy hour starts at 5pm to prepare the nights festivities and start viewing. Our silent auction will go from 6-9pm. The fabulous Auctioneer will then start at 9p.m. sharp for our main event, the live auction! wiith amazing items that we would not have without phenomenal contrabutions.
This Event helps raise funds for ongoing programs and improvements for our great school. Las Senddas Elementary is a Mesa Public school and is ranked one of the top schools in the state of Arizona, over all Public, charter and private. We work hard to raise funds to provide enhanced enrichment programs, technology development that is strongly needed for their fututre education endevors, suzuki, Art masterpiece, Computer labs, intamural sports, Quest, and so much more. Last year we were able to replace some of our PE equipment that was 25 plus years old.I know first hand how these programs encourage success for our children. I have three students in Las Sendas Elementary. one that has made it to District for spelling bee, two
All donors will receive lot's of publicity prior to and during the event, which will be viewed by every invitee and attendee. We will be sending out over 1200 brocheres of our premier event to parents, Las Sendas community and surrounding comunities. Each Donors name and information will be advertised, greatly, along with their donation in our brochure, promotional material and displays. Donors promotional material will be displayed throughout the evening and recognition will be given as items are auctioned off to the highest bidder. Las Sendas will also be diplaying all doners contrabutions and information on their web-site and social media accounts,
