Laurel Plains Elementary School is a 501(c)(3) non-profit elementary school located in New City, New York. Our Laurel Plains PTA serves as a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing the educational and social experiences of all Laurel Plains. We create a bridge between parents and staff while providing structure and leadership to our school community while working collaboratively with school staff. With the help of volunteers we fundraise to support our school programs and classrooms. We work to enrich the learning environment for the student through programs including virtual and in person cultural arts programs and assemblies, Author visit, monthly Cultural Awareness, Reflections, Book Fairs and other supported PTA programs. We celebrate and enjoy the school community through events such as Trunk or Treat, Clothing Drives, Community Car Washes, Ladies Night BINGO.
