The Lawton Parent Teacher Association (“PTA”) is planning for the school’s annual Spring Carnival. The Spring Carnival is the PTA’s second largest fundraiser and we are hoping that you can help us make this a successful event! Lawton is a Kindergarten through 8th grade public school in San Francisco, California, with a tradition of academic excellence. Our school serves students throughout the city, and over 50% of our students qualify for a free or reduced-fee lunch. Lawton is a high-performing school and, as a result, receives limited public funding. Therefore, we depend on fundraising efforts every year to support many of our academic programs.
We’d like to invite you to join us in supporting our annual raffle, which is held in conjunction with our Spring Carnival community event. Your generous donation and business information will be recognized on the carnival flyers, which will be distributed throughout the school population of over 600 students and their families and friends.
We appreciate your consideration of our fundraising efforts! Your tax-deductible contribution is pivotal to the success of our upcoming event. All proceeds from ticket sales will directly impact students and staff, empowering us to continue enhancing language arts, science initiatives, library services, in-school enrichment, field trips, new computer equipment, and fostering a vibrant environment through music and art appreciation programs.
