The mission of Leadership Fairfax is to develop, connect and inspire leaders of diverse backgrounds and experiences to engage in building a better community.
We foster diverse leaders by inspiring, developing, engaging, and connecting them across various sectors. Through our nonprofit programs, including the Leadership Fairfax Institute (LFI), Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI), Lifetime Leaders Program (LLP), and Youth Leadership Network (YLN), we empower leaders to address crucial local and regional issues.
Our 2500+ alumni, from Fortune 500 companies to social service organizations, actively contribute to the Northern Virginia community through volunteerism.
