Leadership Geauga's mission is to develop and encourage the leader in everyone through personal growth, leadership development, and community engagement.
Leadership Geauga educates youth (rising juniors and seniors in high school) through its Youth Leadership Institute, adults in the Signature Adult Program (consisting of leaders living or working in Geauga County), and retirees in the Heritage Program. Class participants learn more about the community, grow as leaders, and develop relationships to better Geauga County.
