Our organization strives to identify, develop, and connect diverse leaders to strengthen our region and communities.
Through our annual core program LEAP we connect 30-40 individuals from all sectors, industries, diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and all other forms of diversity in a 9-month leadership development program. Much of our fundraising efforts are focused on providing financial support through financial aid and scholarships to those who might otherwise not be able to participate in our program. The greater our support level is each year, the more people we are able to reach with our program.
