Mission Statement: To provide a collaborative, family friendly environment that encourages all children to achieve their full potential.
Established in 1961, The Children's League (formerly known as the League for the Handicapped, Inc.) is a nonprofit provider of educational, therapeutic and family support services to children, age birth to eight. The program serves children with developmental disabilities from four counties, encompassing over 35 school districts in WNY. Students attending the TCL present wiht a multitude of special needs including speech and language disorders, autism, intellectual, orthopedic and health impairments, learning and neurological disorders, emotional/behavioral disturbances, visual and hearing impairments, traumatic brain injuries and multiple disabilities.
