LEAP empowers underserved students to achieve social and economic mobility by cultivating personal, educational, and career growth. We run free, after-school and summer programs designed to bridge the opportunity gap for students from underserved communities across Essex County, Massachusetts. We currently have served over 500 students and counting, with 400 students served, including 76 new students in Lynn, with a 73% attendance rate in our 2021 Fiscal Year.
We prioritize economically disadvantaged students, students of color, first-generation-to-college students, and English Learners. These programs offer students the ability to explore and engage in their communities in a way that will lead them to careers that align with their strengths and interests.
