Learning Club's goal is to provide a positive, pivotal educational experience for the children in Kansas City who need it most. I run the internship program. We recruit over 100 KCKPS high school interns each year, to serve as tutors & mentors to K-8 students who live in public housing. These high school interns come once a week and receive professional development and training, and then tutor a younger student one-on-one.
