LINC envisions communities and workplaces where everyone feels welcome, gets rooted, and thrives. We accomplish this by fostering trusted connections that attract and support newcomers as they transition to our company while helping advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within our organizations.
LINC touches many lives in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. Through our client services we reach newcomers to our area and assist in making connections during what can be a difficult yet exciting transition. Our clients include early career professionals, couples, families, and C-suite/executives who are relocating to our area. We also work with local companies of all sizes in helping to advance their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work within their organizations.
