Mission is to support and encourage young adults who wish to pursue aviation careers, specifically in underrepresented communities. Founded in memory of First Officer LeRoy Homer who was onboard Flight #93 when it crashed in Shanksville, PA on September 11, 2001. We have been operating continuously for the past 20 years.
