Let Me Run is a nonprofit wellness program that inspires elementary and middle school aged boys to be themselves, be active, and belong! Using the transformative power of running, a powerful curriculum, and passionate coaches, boys will develop resilience, confidence, coping skills, and a sense of accomplishment. Through our dynamic 7-week program, we hope to reduce the challenges associated with a lack of emotional expression in young boys, which can lead to stress, sickness, addiction, and violence. Your participation in the BIG BID BASH helps fund this life-affirming programming and help make it available for even more boys across the country.
