Letters to Santa Charity is a non-profit charity that brings much needed food, clothing, joy and happiness to local school children during the holiday season and beyond. Letters to Santa Charity was established 15 years ago by a local firefighter, his family and friends with the desire to clothe and feed as many school age children as possible. In our 2019 fundraising year (the last year we had a live event), we were able to touch the lives of over 2,250 children and families right here in Stanislaus County in one season.Letters to Santa Charity is a non-profit charity that brings much needed food, clothing, joy and happiness to local school children during the holiday season and beyond. Letters to Santa Charity was established 15 years ago by a local firefighter, his family and friends with the desire to clothe and feed as many school age children as possible. In our 2019 fundraising year (the last year we had a live event), we were able to touch the lives of over 2,250 children and families right here in Stanislaus County in one season.

Unexpectedly, we were forced to take our fundraising efforts online in 2020, 2021 and 2022, but thanks to the help of our committed sponsors and donors, Letters to Santa Charity was still able to provide much needed help to over 2,000 children in the span of those three years reaching 21 local schools and more than 40 special families in need throughout Stanislaus County with much needed clothing, shoes, food, toys, blankets, hygiene products, school supplies and so much more.

Our program is unique in that all of the children selected are hand chosen by teachers, school staff and administrators from schools within Stanislaus County. These are the front line workers that know how best we can help serve this community. Our mission is to clothe and feed as many school age children in need in our community as possible.
