Leyden Family Service and Mental Health Center (LFS) and The SHARE Program is a Mental Health and Substance Abuse Agency that provides treatments for children, adolescents, adults, seniors and families. LFS was first incorporated in 1952 and has been providing mental health services in Lyeden Township since 1967. The SHARE Program has helped those suffering from substance use disorders since 1977 and our Senior Program has been assisting seniors in the community since 1978. We have a long history in the communities we serve. Most of the clients served by our Agency struggle financially and are low income families, often below the poverty level.
