Leyden Family Service and Mental Health Center is dedicated to excellence in providing counseling, mental health, substance abuse, and social support services that strengthen individuals, families and communities.
Our services are designed to help individuals successfully return to their community, their family, and/or their employment situation after psychiatric hospitalization. In our psychosocial rehabilitatiotn program we provide a place for individuals who would benefit from a structured, supportive environment, to learn new coping skills, and to reduce the need for psychiatric hospitalization.
