At Liberty Middle School we used our Parent-Teacher Association to help support teachers, staff, and students throughout each school year. From things that need to be restocked each year like our makerspace consumables, to things that need a one time large purchase (like new furniture for classrooms and the library), to funding professional development opportunities for our staff. We also use our meetings as ways to support our community from Fire Safety, Drugs and Alcohol Awareness, and CPR learning opportunities for our students and families. We also pride ourselves in being able to reimburse our teachers for classroom needs, or unique projects, and feeding them throughout the year as special little tokens of our appreciation of our they serve our diverse population of students.
