LifePath Foundation is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for individuals and families impacted by behavioral health, intellectual and developmental challenges in Collin County, resulting in stronger communities.
Our vision:
LifePath Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds and awareness for LifePath Systems' programs and services, which provides critical tools that build health and well-being for adults, children, and families. The Foundation Board is comprised of 14 Collin County residents who volunteer their time and are committed to increasing awareness and eliminating the stigma surrounding mental illness, substance use disorder and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
