We as the Lincoln Middle School Parent Teacher Organization, want to promote the welfare of children and youth at home, in school, and throughout the community. We want to foster a sense of community among the Lincoln Middle School Family for students, parents and administration. We would like to bring closer relations to the home and the school, so that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of the child. And finally develop educators and the general public to provide united efforts that will give every child the highest advantages in physical, mental and social education.

Organized from a Parent Teacher Assocation to a Parent Teacher Organization as a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit in 2015, (47-3907798) the Lincoln Middle School Parent Teacher Organization is a group of parent volunteers and teachers/administration who strive to improve the middle school experience for our children. We are a small but mighty organization that supports our 800 students and 90 staff members.

We provide grade-level activities for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders, multiple times a year, more often for the 8th graders, and an annual all school ski-trip. We aslo have Color Run fundraiser, with the registration, participants will receive a Lincoln Color Run shirt. There will also be treats and prizes for the students as they finish the racecourse. We also coordinate activities during Kindness Week with students and staff volunteering their time for different events, such as Knots of Love, making blankets for children with cancer and donate them to local hospitals, Feed My Starving Children, Loving Lunches, and others.

We also support our teachers and staff with different events, such as meals during parent/teacher conferences, gifts at the holidays, a week of breakfasts and lunches and gifts during staff appreciation week.  With the fundraiser, we are also going to help the school provide more one-way window film at the remaining entrances into the school, outdoor wear for the school crossing guards and a variety of staff equipment needs, such as a larger laminator.

We are unaware if we have received any previous donations from Sony.

We are requesting a donation for a PlayStation PS5 and possibly the VR2, or any type of product Sony would be willing to donate to our cause.  With our Color Run fundraiser we would use the PlayStation items, as a top prize to the student with the most donations.  Our goal is to raise $20,000 for our fundraiser in order to provide free grade level activities for the students and those that participate in the ski-trip. And support the other activities we also offer for the students.  We would like to also help the school by providing the one-way window film for the entrances and their other requests.

Thank you for considering our donation and your support!

Thank you,

Nicole
