Since 1964, LTC has been providing jobs to adults with disabilities. New equipment and machinery, transportation, facility maintenance, and program expansion are always budget challenges. Your support will help assure that the ongoing programs at LTC will continue to provide employment opportunities to even more adults with disabilities. Lincoln Training Center serves more than 500 clients annually at more than 100 job sites throughout California. Individuals are matched with a job and earn a paycheck, which leads to self-esteem and independence. Our goal for 2022 is to launch our Pathways to Careers initiative, which will be tailored to each participant. Based on their choice of work, LTC will provide the appropriate educational opportunities, job training, and support.
