Little Elm Friends of the Library serves the people in and around Little Elm, TX. Some communites such as Oak Point and Cross Roads don't have a library so Little Elm Library serves them. Funds raised have been used to provide a $4,000 scholarship yearly to a deserving high school Senior. Funds have also purchased Lego Robotics kits for toddlers and for area middle school students to learn coding. We have also purchased books, tablets for library employees during Covid, printers and additional computer stations for the children's section.
Our mission statement is: Empowering our community through literary and lifelong learning by supporting our Library.
