Living Streams Ranch is a 501(c)(3) faith-based non-profit ministry located near Quakertown, Pennsylvania. We serve emotionally broken women (ages 13+) and children (ages 8-12) who have experienced the impact of trauma and challenging life situations, helping them find hope and healing. We take a holistic approach, addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual impact of trauma in a safe and nurturing setting that helps develop one’s identity, builds coping skills, and introduces a loving and compassionate God. Horses are our partners in this work, helping to illustrate truths that bring freedom, overcome fear, and empower ranchers to grow. Each rancher receives private two-hour sessions for ten weeks that can include horse activities and games, trail walks, creative expression including painting on horses, quiet reflection, and prayer.
No fee is charged to the ranchers for their participation. Living Streams has been able to operate based on the generosity of individuals and businesses in our community that connect with the mission of the Ranch. Their partnership has enabled us to serve over 700 ranchers since 2017, with 75 ranchers attending sessions in 2023.
