The Lone Star Paralysis Foundation (LSPF) has been working as an organization since 1979 to find a cure to paralysis and improve the everyday lives of those living with paralysis. We do that by funding spinal cord injury Research, Recovery & Recreation.

The Recovery program supports/provides physical & occupational therapy, an open gym filled with adaptive equipment and a strong peer to peer community for those living with paralysis.

The Recreation program funds and coordinates adapted sports and adapted outdoor recreation for those paralyzed. We offer weekly activities such as wheelchair basketball, football, tennis, kayaking, archery, hand-cycling, hunting, fishing, camping, etc., all free of charge to our spinal cord paralysis community.
