I am contacting you on behalf of Long Elementary School in Crestwood, MO. Long is a 60 year old public school in the Lindbergh School District that serves approximately 525 elementary students in grades K - 5.
Our annual Trivia Night at Andre’s and is a primary fundraiser for Long Elementary. Like many public schools, we depend on our fundraisers to fund special projects and educational enrichments. The money raised for this event will be used to help pay for teacher grants, STEM educational resources, school building improvements as well as additional updates to our library.
Your support will help continue making Long Elementary a “great place to grow.” The parents, teachers and students at Long would be extremely grateful for your support and we will strive to give you and your business visibility during the advertisement of the event and at the auction.

Our annual Trivia Night is on January 26th, 2024 at Andre’s and is a primary fundraiser for Long Elementary. Like many public schools, we depend on our fundraisers to fund special projects and educational enrichments. The money raised for this event will be used to help pay for teacher grants, STEM educational resources, school building improvements as well as additional updates to our library.
I would like to invite your business to participate in the Long PTO Trivia Night in one or both of two ways:
1) Donating items or services for our silent auction.
2) Sponsoring a round of trivia at the diamond, platinum, gold or silver levels.
Your support will help continue making Long Elementary a “great place to grow.” The parents, teachers and students at Long would be extremely grateful for your support and we will strive to give you and your business visibility during the advertisement of the event and at the auction. Our PTO has a 501(c)3, non-profit status and all donations are tax deductible. All donations and sponsorships will be recognised at the event.
