Los Feliz Charter School for the Arts (LFCSA) is a free public school which serves a diverse student body. Each year about half of our students qualify for the free and reduced lunch program.
As the PTA, we raise funds to pay for arts programs, field trips, scholarships for special class trips, school supplies, playground improvements, sports equipment and so many other things that enrich our students lives. But it is also our mission to have free events open to all of our families, so that we can build a community.
LFCSA’s PTA brings together our school’s parents, teachers and staff to enhance our students’ school experience. Our regular meetings give members the chance to forge bonds with parents, faculty and staff. The PTA sponsors activities and programming that bring our community together, support learning, and improve the relationship between school and home. We help to make LFCSA become a model arts integration school open to any child in the community.
