About the Nonprofit

Our mission is to support lung transplant patients, patient caregivers and the medical professionals who care for them.  We inform and educate patients on resources available beyond their personal medical insurance coverage, including but not limited to housing, medical and financial assistance.

Our goal is to provide new patients with a community of fellow transplant recipients who understand their journe and can assist by sharing and encouraging in a positive and supportive manner.

Our objectives include:

Partner with the transplant medical community to enhance patient wellness.

Educate and inform the public about lung transplants and donor awareness.

Help to provide critical care equipment.

Provide housing, medical and financial assistance and resources.
