Dear Dallas Cowboys,
The Griffith Elementary Madge Market Days will be from 10-2 on Saturday, December 4, 2021. Our PTO organizes and runs the festival and silent auction. We love to give you the opportunity to help our community out by donating to Madge Market Days. It is our largest fundraiser of the school year. This year we will have local vendors selling their products and goods and choices of food trucks to enjoy lunch. Funds raised from this event are used to purchase teaching supplies, provide incentives for reading programs, and sponsor extracurricular activities such as field trips and after school clubs for the students attending Griffith Elementary.
Our event is open to the community and usually has over 500 attendees. Supporters will be displayed in multiple locations during the event and recognized in a flyer that goes home with all 530+ students. We are so very grateful for anything you can provide.
Ways you can sponsor our event:
● Provide tax-deductible donation of merchandise to be used in our Silent Auction
● Provide a gift certificate to be used in our Silent Auction
Brazosport Independent School District is a tax exempt organization and your contribution is considered tax deductible as defined by the Internal Revenue Code Section 107(c)(1). Tax ID #74-6000885. You may mail your donation to the school or call us to schedule a pick up.
