Makefield Elementary School serves approximately 400 students in kindergarten through 5th grade. This event helps our PTO support our school, teachers, and staff, by buying classroom necessities. Some items include computer programs, furniture, and snacks to make our staff and students' lives easier. We also use funds collected to support our families by offering scholarships for extracurricular activities, funding our food pantry, and supplying clothes, school supplies, and necessities for our students to come to school with pride and dignity.
 
To make this event successful, we reach out to our community for donations. As a donor, you will receive publicity prior to and during the event, which will be viewed by every invitee and attendee. We will be sending invitations to more than 300 families, as well as the school staff and community. This event is always a family favorite and we expect 150-200 tickets to be sold this year. We hope we can count on your help to make this a successful fundraiser!
