Hello, I hope you are well. I am the Director of Community Programs at Mansfield Mission Center. At Mansfield Mission Center, we provide emergency assistance in many different forms including utility assistance and resource navigation. We provide food from our food pantry, including healthy options for our patients with chronic illnesses. We also have a free clinic for uninsured adults where we function as a primary care clinic, but also provide education for patients with chronic illnesses.
