Maple Leaf Community Residences, Inc. is an IRS certified 501 C (3) non-profit corporation dedicated to providing and maintaining high quality, safe, affordable residential housing for people with disabilities, since 1991. While also fostering an culture of inclusivity and advocacy.
Maple Leaf’s primary goal is to purchase or rent homes to provide residences for people referred to us by the Geauga County Board of Developmental Disabilities, GCBDD, Metzenbaum Center. Our responsibilities include maintenance, with an emphasis on health and safety and required architectural improvements for people with particular disabilities.
