I am writing to you today as the President of the Marblehead Community Charter School's Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), with the hope that you will consider supporting our upcoming spring fundraiser. Your generosity and contribution can make a significant difference in the success of our school's initiatives.
We are trying to raise funds and offset costs for overnight field trips to Washington, DC and Nature’s Classroom. We would like to provide scholarship opportunities to students who need financial assistance to attend. To further these efforts, we are holding a spring fling fundraiser, where donated items will be used for raffle and silent auction.
We would be tremendously appreciative of your donation of a gift card or any item that could serve as a raffle for this event.
