The primary purpose of Margaret Harloe Elementary PTO Inc is to support the education of students who attend Harloe Elementary School while fostering good relationsips and partnerships among parents, teachers and administrators. We do this by fundraising to make charitable contributions that will benefit the students who are or will attend Harloe Elementary School. We will assist students, teachers, and administrators to improve the learning environment, implement educational enrichment programs, offer supportive services such as scholarships and to help purchase materials and supplies.
