The Marion Area Humane Society (MAHS) is a resource for Marion County residents who may need to surrender pet(s) through a safe and secure process until placement is found. MAHS works to educate the public on the humane treatment of pets. When funding is available, MAHS assists with costs involved in spaying/neutering to aid in the control pet overpopulation in the Marion community.
