Marquee Youth Stage is a 501(c)3 performing arts education organization, established in January 2011 and dedicated to empowering youth for life.  It is our mission to broaden the reach and impact of theatre so that students of all abilities, ethnicities, skills and economic backgrounds may benefit, thereby increasing the opportunities for theater in order to inspire creativity, support, enrich and empower youth with the skills and knowledge of how the arts can serve and influence the community at large.

Located near down town in the historic district of St Charles, Marquee Youth Stage offers a variety of year-round programming from  plays, musicals, improv, voice, and acting instruction. Marquee Youth Stage was founded in 2011 by Connie Flores, Artistic Director. Since opening in 2011, Marquee Youth Stage has offered year-round inclusive youth programming and full scale productions and to date, we have mounted over 98 productions, serving over seventy thousand local and out-of-town members and patrons. A team of employees and independent contractors who have a minimum of Bachelor’s degrees in their area(s) of expertise are responsible for teaching, directing and accompanying our productions while also working alongside our teen intern production teams in order to serve and empower our growing student population of performers, ages 4-18.
