Auction Greetings!
We are writing on behalf of the Mary Woodward Elementary PSO in the hopes that you would be willing to donate to our Annual Spring Auction. This event is taking place on Saturday, April 22, 2023. At this event, typically attended by 200+ people, we auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours.
With your financial support or generous gifts, we will be able to continue programs and activities not supported by the state's education budget. These important programs and activities affect the education of ALL our students:
Teaching assistants to enable teachers to work with smaller groups of students within the mandated larger class sizes, Art Literacy, which is a monthly parent volunteer-run art curriculum, Science Fair, Book Fair & Cultural Fair, Field trips, enrichment assemblies, and other special learning opportunities including our nationally acclaimed Woodward Garden
We are seeking your support for this year's auction in two ways:
*donating services, merchandise, and gift certificates that can be auctioned; and
becoming a sponsor by advertising in our auction catalog; letting our students and staff know that you support our school!
*Your greatly appreciated tax‐deductible donation will make a significant difference in the lives of all our Kindergarten through 5th-grade students, in turn helping to shape the future leaders and consumers within our community.
We will need to collect donations by March 17, 2023. All donations are fully tax‐deductible as allowed by the law. The Mary Woodward PSO is a 501(c) tax-exempt organization, EIN # 93‐1207373.
