To provide an enviroment for youth to develop themselves pysically, mentally, and spiritually. To raise thw skill level of our staff through better education and training. The result of the forgoing should result in an increased number of children being served by a facility. We are using our present resources prudently and anticipate using our future increased resources to fullest extent.
