The Massachusetts 4-H Foundation is an independent non-profit 501(c)(3) organization committed to the enrichment and advancement of 4-H youth development programs throughout the Commonwealth. Established in 1955, the Foundation generates and provides resources to maintain and expand 4-H programs in Massachusetts.
The Foundation fulfills its mission through raising funds by means of an annual golf tournament, an online auction, and Annual Fund campaigns throughout the year. In addition, we work to raise money for our endowment and commit to securing grants for specific 4-H programs to grow the reach of 4-H to more urban areas.
Led by a committed Board of Trustees and supported by a small staff, the Foundation leverages limited resources to raise nearly $300,000 in advancing 4-H programs each year.
