Maxwell Community VFD was established in January of 1964. In our humble beginnings we operated out of a 2 bay station that we had to move the trucks from in order to hold a meeting. Now as of 2020 we have grown into the beautiful station we have today and are fully equipped to not only respond to fires but assist on EMS calls and swift water rescues, as well. As a Fire Department we constantly train in order to properly serve our community in the most efficient manner.
