Dear Medieval Times,
I am writing you on behalf of Meadow Green Elementary School PTA to respectfully request a donation of tickets for our annual Silent Auction, which will take place on May 03, 2019 during our School Carnival, which will be family-friendly and open to our local community.
Money raised at the silent auction will go toward our STEAM program, critical software for out students (including ST Math and Lexia Core Reading programs), after school programs, directly to teachers to supply their classrooms, and to field trips that allow the students to learn outside the classroom.
We are hoping for a couple of tickets or whatever you can give. We would love to add them to a raffle basket because we know it is something our students and parents would enjoy!
