MOWLB provides nutritionally balanced, freshly prepared meals for individuals who are unable to shop and cook for themselves. Founded in 1971, the program now continues delivering Monday through Friday, apart from major holidays.

Here at Meals on Wheels of Long Beach, we pride ourselves on being “more than a meal”, providing not only freshly prepared meals each day, but connecting clients to a multitude of needed services that lead to improved quality of life and safety.

Our goal is to enable the chronically ill, seniors, veterans and disabled to remain independent & safe in their own homes for as long as possible.
