Mental Health America of Los Angeles works to ensure that people with mental health needs achieve meaningful, healthy lives in their communities.
On Monday, November 6, 2023, Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) will host its annual Under the Toque Gala in Long Beach, CA. This highly anticipated signature event features 12 exclusive restaurants. Proceeds from the evening will benefit the 16,000 individuals MHALA serves annually.

For 99 years, MHALA has been a leader in the mental health field. Our mission is to ensure that people with mental health needs achieve healthy, meaningful lives. MHALA’s integrated model pulls all services together — mental and physical healthcare, housing, employment, and wellness services — to address the needs of each individual.
