Mental Makeover is a mental health 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to fighting stigma surrounding mental health and empowering young people to learn about mental health and talk about their own thoughts, emotions, and experiences. We are changing the WAY mental health is talked about through (W)ellness, (A)wareness and (Y)outh education. Our unique programming includes Understanding Emotions education boxes for youth and The World Needs You Here support boxes for adolescents and adults. We partner with several community organizations in the North Shore to support the individuals they serve with our boxes.
