Our mission is simple: we exist to save lives. By offering the highest level of pre-hospital air medical care, we help our patients survive the worst illnesses and accidents, giving them a second chance and the opportunity to go on to live fulfilling lives. Since 1992, MFC has assisted in saving thousands of lives in more than 16,000 patient transports, right here within our community.

MFC provides service in a 20+ county region from our three bases in Canandaigua, Marcellus and Rome. This accounts for more than 3 million residents with access to air medical transportation.

MFC provides two types of transports – directly from the scene of an accident or from hospital to hospital. We work with approximately 55 area hospitals and 293 EMS/Fire agencies, including those in the Finger Lakes, Central New York, Mohawk Valley and Lower Adirondack regions, to ensure that we help as many NYS residents as possible.

MFC is a resource that bridges geographic barriers to provide rapid transport for critically injured or ill patients to specialty care within the region.
