Mercy Mall is a ministry serving individuals and families overcoming the obstacles to home and life stability. We do this through providing clothing, household items, baby gear, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and more! Our official mission statement is to serve the hungry, the homeless, and the hurting by filling practical needs, providing resources, and building relationships.
Our clients are usually referred by outside case managers and counselors (we do accept self referrals) and are traveling through one or more of the following obstacles: homelessness, domestic violence, human trafficking, recent incarcerations, mental health issues, house fire, bed bud/mold infestations, etc.
Those in need of our services can text our main number with the reason for their need and the appointment setting team will follow up with a link to a form that gives us all the information we need to pre-pack items for them. We schedule curb-side pick-up appointments throughout the week. We will then invite the client into the lobby for refreshments, referrals to other resources, prayer, and encouragement.
Our programs include: Personal Shopper Experience, Cases of Hope Prison Ministry, Back-to-School, Adopt-a-Family at Christmas, and On the Move Box Truck Ministry.
