Methodist Hospitals of Dallas Guild is organized exclusively to support the Methodist Health System through charitable giving.
Founded in 1932, the Guild has a rich history of creating events and fundraisers with the proceeds dedicated to the financial needs of Methodist Health System Foundation's current giving priorities. In addition to the events and fundraisers, there are multiple general meetings and social gatherings throughout the year.
Transformation of the Labor and Delivery Unit at Methodist Dallas Medical Center
The new Labor and Delivery Unit including a new Obstetric Emergency Department will provide critically needed services and improve maternity care to a growing diverse population in southern Dallas. Not only will it strengthen the security and resources provided to caregivers, but the project will provide lifesaving and compassionate care for more expectant mothers and their newborns for today and future generations to come.
Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner employs specially trained nurses who provide compassionate, confidential care, forensic exams, and psychological and social support services to sexual assault victims.
The Life Shines Bright Centering Pregnancy Program provides women access to prenatal care, education, and support in a group setting, resulting in healthier pregnancies and fewer preterm deliveries.
The Patient Care Technician Program provides entry-level training for healthcare workers to perform vital basic bedside care and nursing support that can lead to further opportunities for employment and advancement.
