The MAS PTO is organized, by family and community volunteers, for the purpose of supporting the education of all children by fostering relationship among the school, parents/guardians, grandparents, community leaders, and teachers, staff and administrators. The MAS PTO sponsors, organizes, and executes events and programs which lead to forging a pro-achievement environment, a sense of community, and teacher/staff appreciation. The MAS PTO is committed to encouraging parent involvement through volunteerism within the school, classroom, and various PTO committees and board. The MAS PTO is committed to providing financial support for playground safety, reading interventionist salaries, and will work to raise funds to help with defined needs which would positively affect the educational and social-emotional experience at MAS.
