Middleway Volunteer Fire Company provides Fire and EMS coverage to citizens of the Kearneysville, Summit Point, Middleway, and Leetown areas of Jefferson County WV, as well as assistance to surrounding areas. We run about 630 calls for service per year. We also provide fire prevention education to South Jefferson Elementary and South Jefferson Library. We were founded in 2008, starting out of our current president's garage. In 2010 we built our station that is located approx 1/4 mile away from where we started.
