Midland Humane Coaltion, located in the Permian Basin, was created through a collaborative effort of a large group of rescues to end euthanasia in the Permian Basin. We formed in August, 2010, and officially opened our Enhanced Adoption Center November 11, 2011. This year, 2021, we are officially opening the Van and Joe Mabee Wellness Center that will house up to 200 adoptible pets.
