To Whom it May Concern,
The parents of the Midland Park High School Class of 2021 in NJ are in the process of planning our students’ Project Graduation. Project Graduation provides a safe, all-night substance free event for our graduates as they celebrate and plan for their futures.
We are now planning our annual Project Graduation Basket Raffle Fundraiser, which provides substantial funding for this endeavor. This year’s Basket Raffle will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Midland Park High School. While parents contribute both time and materials to this fundraiser, they can not do it alone. The support of businesses like yours is vital to this event’s success.
We were wondering if Medieval Times would consider supporting the Basket Raffle and help make it a success by making a donation to the event. It would be a great addition to our event! We are so close to Lyndhurst and your venue is a popular entertainment destination for many in our area. We would be very grateful for any donation you can provide. All contributing businesses are prominently acknowledged in the event program.
