Mighty Writers teaches children and teens to think clearly and write with clarity through free programs that improve academic performance, address educational inequities and build social-emotional skills. As a nonprofit that promotes literacy as a tool for social change, we aim to expand students’ access to opportunity in the short term and alleviate poverty in the long term. We empower our communities by distributing food, diapers, books and other essential resources — all free of charge.
