Million Dollar Teacher Project (MDTP) is a local non-profit organization aimed at increasing support for teachers inside & outside of the classroom, raising the profile of highly effective teachers & drastically improving teacher compensation to bring the teaching profession to the prestigious level it deserves so ALL students are able to receive excellent instruction every day. MDTP fulfills this mission under three pillars: Support, Compensation & Recognition. Our Take a Teacher to Lunch (TTL) program is dedicated to celebrating teachers by providing a catered lunch to all certified teachers at our partner schools. Beyond the delicious food, a typical TTL also includes a keynote speaker, fun conversation with colleagues & raffle prizes for all teachers.
